For a monochrome look:

GROUT JOINT
Grout spacing for clay tile can be between 1/16”-1/8”. Due to size variation in clay tile, a smaller grout joint can create uneven grout lines, therefore larger grout lines can be easier to install. This is a recommendation, so feel free to consult us if you need additional guidance.
Metal Trim
Schluter Schiene Satin Anodized Aluminium - 1/2". This sleek metal trim is paintable and available in various finish options.
TECHNICAL RESOURCES
Variation in color, sheen, and texture for clay tile is normal—it’s part of what makes the installations look so uniquely rustic and authentic. Blend the tiles beforehand.
USAGE
Clay tile can be installed almost anywhere. However, for climates with freezing weather and exterior wet area installations precautions must be taken for poper installation such as waterproofing, maintance and sealing.
