Review + Recommendations | Our team reviews your project and provides guidance on materials, colorways, sizing, finishes, lead times, and pricing.
Sampling + Prototypes | We create samples based on your specifications so you can review the design in person before moving forward.
Approval | Once your sample is approved, we finalize details and prepare for production.
Production | Your order is made to order and shipped once complete.

FAQ
What does custom tile cost?
Pricing varies depending on the scope of your project. Factors like design complexity, custom shapes, color matching, or new molds can all influence cost.
Once we review your project details, we’ll provide a quote tailored to your specifications.
What is the typical lead time?
Lead times can range from a few weeks to several months depending on the complexity of the project.
Sampling, revisions, and production will all factor into the overall timeline. Once we understand your project, we’ll outline clear expectations so you can plan accordingly.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes. Most custom tile projects require a minimum order of approximately 50–60 square feet.
If you're unsure whether your project meets this, feel free to reach out. We’re happy to help guide you.
Do you offer design support?
Yes! Whether you have a fully developed concept or just an initial idea, our team will help guide you through the design process.
We’ll provide recommendations on layout, color, size, and finish to ensure your design translates well into production.
Can you match a tile I’ve seen or have?
In many cases, yes. Some designs translate more easily than others.
We can work from photos, samples, or references to create something similar for your project. Exact matches aren’t always possible, but we aim to get as close as possible within our materials and production methods.
Do I need to order a sample before production?
We highly recommend it, especially for custom work.
Sampling allows you to review color, scale, and finish in person before committing to a full order. It’s the best way to ensure everything aligns with your expectations.
How accurate are samples compared to the final order?
Samples are a close representation, but slight variation is expected.
Because each tile is handmade, differences in glaze application, texture, and firing can result in natural variation between batches. This is part of what gives our tile its character.
Can I customize any tile in your collection?
Not all tile types are available for customization.
While many of our handmade styles can be adapted, some core materials are offered as part of our standard collection and are not modified. Our team will help guide you toward the best options for your project.
