SEALING
Organic Terracotta arrives unsealed and requires sealing before and after installation to protect against moisture absorption and staining.
We recommend using a penetrating sealer followed by a top coat sealer to achieve the desired finish and level of protection.
- Penetrating sealers help reduce absorption and prepare the tile for use.
- Top coat sealers provide surface protection, sheen, and durability.
We recommend Ultra Low VOC Sealer for a subtle satin finish, though other sealers may be used depending on the desired look.
Always test sealers on a small area before full application to ensure compatibility and appearance.
