Austin is one of the fastest growing cities in the country with towers popping up all over town. Chelsea Kloss of LV Collective recently delivered the tallest tower in West Campus to University of Texas students for the ‘22-’23 school year.

The 30-story student housing tower features a stunning coffee bar dubbed Daydreamer Coffee with our very own green glazed thin brick.

Most mail rooms in student housing are drab and forgettable, but not at Waterloo! The mail room in Waterloo Tower features a fun black and white Roseton pattern tile.

Chelsea utilizes pattern tile to add liveliness to every corner of the tower. This hallway features the fan-favorite Tropicana rucksack pattern tile.

Waterloo Tower even features a rooftop pool and lounge area for students with a Fes Drizzle pattern tile floor.
As Austin Keeps growing, LV Collective plans on opening up more student housing towers in West Campus. We hope to see more brilliantly designed dorms in the near future!
