How do discounts work?

Once logged in, you’ll see:

10% off all tile products

15% off home goods and furniture

Free samples: Get up to $60 off every sample order, automatically applied (plus a $20 credit toward your next order)

Extra savings for bigger projects: Your Trade pricing starts with a 10% discount, which you’ll see automatically when logged in. If your subtotal (after that discount) hits one of our spend thresholds, we’ll apply an extra discount automatically at checkout:

  • Spend $5,000+ → additional 3% off
  • Spend $7,500+ → additional 4% off
  • Spend $10,000+ → additional 6% off
  • Spend $20,000+ → additional 8% off

These extra savings apply only to qualifying products and are based on your subtotal after the base trade discount is applied. The total spend is based on materials only, and does not include shipping or tax.

One-time 20% discount for personal residence projects (by request)

Are samples free?

Yes! You automatically receive up to $60 off each sample order at checkout. All samples are always free, within this limit, and you only pay for shipping.

Plus, every time a sample order is placed, you receive a $20 credit to use on your next order, effectively balancing out the sample shipping cost.

Why do I cover sample shipping costs?

As part of our commitment to sustainability, sample shipping fees help cover eco-conscious packaging. It’s a small cost with a meaningful impact.

You can opt for our discounted shipping rate, or if you prefer, you can select "use my own carrier account" at checkout and enter your FedEx or UPS account number

How do I place orders online?

Log into your account to see your trade pricing automatically displayed while you shop.

Once you’ve found a product, enter your square footage and add it to your cart. Enter your shipping address and proceed to checkout and your discounts will be applied automatically.

Not ready to check out yet? You can also view and pay saved quotes directly from your account page.

How can I pay for a quote?

There is a "Pay Online" button on the quotes we send. Alternatively, you can log in and pay from your account page under "Pending Orders."

Can I add team members to my trade account?

Yes! Your team can be added under the same company location to share trade access and benefits.

As the Location Admin, you can manage this directly from your account page:

  • Log in to your account
  • Click "Manage Contacts"
  • Invite your team members via email

You can add or remove contacts and assign access. They’ll automatically be linked to your company and receive the same trade discounts.

Do I have a trade representative?

Yes. Reps are assigned by region, as you always have a dedicated trade contact. You can also contact us any time at trade@clayimports.com if you need help placing orders or finding products.

What if I don’t see trade discounted pricing?

Make sure you're logged in with your approved email and that you're linked to your Company account. If issues persist, contact us at trade@clayimports.com.

Do I earn rewards?

Yes! Rewards accrue under the account placing the order. Use one company account to maximize points. Points cannot be transferred between accounts.

What is the personal project discount?

It means a lot to us when a valued trade partner chooses our tile for their own home among so many options.

Damage or Defects

Replacements are our top priority, and we’ll always work hard to get them shipped out to you as quickly as possible. We want to be upfront with you: there may still be a lead time. We appreciate your understanding that custom tiles are made to order, while stock tiles can be replaced more quickly.

Trade Driven Policies

We'll keep you in the loop with timely, proactive updates, and depending on the severity of the situation, we may also offer partial refunds or discounts to make things right.

Free Cancellations

Flexibility built in. As a Trade partner, you can cancel standard or made-to-order tile orders at no cost within 15 business days.

After that, you can still cancel anytime. Choose between a store credit for the full order amount or a refund minus a 15% cancellation fee.
