What is the Clay Imports Rewards Program?

Our Rewards Program is a built on community and craftsmanship. You earn points just by engaging with us. Whether you're shopping, sampling, or sharing the love for artisan tile.

How do I join the rewards program?

It’s easy! Just click “Sign Up” to get started. Once you’re in, you can start earning points by placing orders, following us and more.

Can I combine rewards or stack discounts?

In most cases, rewards are one-time use and cannot be stacked with other offers or discounts.

Do I need an account to earn points?

Yes! You’ll need to create a Clay Imports store account to join the rewards program and start earning points. It’s quick, easy, and totally worth it.

Who gets the rewards if someone else places the order?

Points and Rewards are issued to the purchaser’s account.

We totally appreciate when you include Clay Imports in your project plans, but points and rewards are tied to the email and account that actually places the order, not the person who specified the tile.

To keep things simple and fair, we don’t reassign rewards between accounts.

What’s the best account setup for companies or design studios?

If multiple people place orders for the same team, we recommend using a shared company account or general email address for all purchases. That way, you’ll keep all points and tier status in one place, and unlock rewards faster.

How can I earn points?

Earning points is simple. You can earn by:

Where can I check my points balance?

You can view your points and rewards in a few places:

  • Rewards pop-up on the Clay Imports homepage
  • Your account page when you're logged in
  • Here! On the "Clay Rewards" page

Wherever you check, you’ll see your current point total, available rewards, and tier progress.

How do I redeem my points?

Easy! Just log into your Clay Imports account and head over to the Rewards tab.

Redeem points for one-time rewards like discounts, free shipping, or even a free Copita Cup. Rewards are yours to choose and apply at checkout.

Just a reminder, you won’t be able to change the reward once it’s redeemed, so be sure it’s the one you want.

Do my points expire?

Yes, if your account is inactive for 12 months, your points may expire.

Complete an action from the Rewards tab, your expiration clock resets. Keep interacting, and your rewards keep rolling!

What happens to my points and rewards if my order is refunded or canceled?

If your order is partially refunded, fully refunded, or voided, any points or rewards earned from that order will be removed from your account. This helps keep the system fair for everyone!

What if I use points and don’t place the order?

If your order is canceled or not completed, your points won't return to your account automatically. The reward you’ve chosen will stay safe in your Rewards tab.

Just a reminder, you won’t be able to change the reward once it’s redeemed, so be sure it’s the one you want.

How is my points earning amount calculated?

Points are calculated based on your order subtotal after discounts, and do not include gift card purchases. However, those shipping costs do count toward your points total!

Can I buy points?

Nope! But every product you buy earns points, and the more you spend, the faster your rewards stack up.

What types of rewards can I get?

You can redeem points for things like product discounts or free shipping, depending on your point balance. Check out your options at the top of the page!

How do I redeem points for rewards?

Easy! Just log into your Clay Imports account and head to the Rewards tab. If you have enough points, you’ll see your available one-time rewards,like discounts, free shipping, which are ready to use at checkout.

Just a heads up: once a reward is redeemed, it can’t be changed, so make sure it’s the one you want.

How long do rewards last after I redeem them?

Most rewards expire within 1 year or less from the date of redemption. The exact expiration date will be listed in your Rewards tab, be sure to check it so you don’t miss out! We will also send you an email as a reminder before it expires.

Can I switch a reward after I redeem it?

Once a reward is redeemed, it can’t be changed. If you’re not ready to use it, just hold onto it and be mindful of the expiration date

What happens if I redeem but don’t use the reward?

It stays in your Rewards tab until it expires. You don’t have to use it right away, just don’t let it go to waste!

Are there any exclusions when using rewards?

Yes, rewards can’t be applied to discounted bundles. They’re best used on everything else!
