Clay Imports Trade Program Terms

Welcome to Trade

The Clay Imports Trade Program is designed to support professionals working in design, architecture, construction, development, hospitality, and related industries. Approved members receive access to exclusive Trade pricing, benefits, and resources.

By participating in the Clay Imports Trade Program, you agree to the terms below.

Eligibility & Accounts

Trade membership is available to qualified industry professionals and businesses. Applications are reviewed before approval, and Clay Imports may request business documentation to verify eligibility.

Trade accounts are associated with the approved company. Account administrators may add team members from the same company to share access to Trade benefits.

Please keep your company and contact information current. Clay Imports may periodically review accounts or request updated information to confirm continued eligibility.

Trade Pricing & Benefits

Approved Trade members receive access to exclusive Trade pricing and benefits. Current benefits may include product discounts, sample benefits, volume-based savings, and other Trade-only offers. Eligible discounts are applied automatically when logged into an approved Trade account unless otherwise noted.

Trade pricing and benefits are intended for purchases made through the approved business and may not be transferred or shared outside of the company account. Certain products, promotions, services, or special orders may be excluded from Trade discounts or additional offers.

Purchasing through your Trade account

To receive Trade pricing online, you must be logged into your approved Trade account at the time of purchase. If an eligible Trade discount is missed because you were not logged in, please contact us as soon as possible. Eligible adjustments may be made prior to fulfillment. Once an order has been fulfilled, packed, or shipped, missed Trade discounts cannot be refunded to the original payment method. Any approved adjustment after that point will be issued as Clay Imports store credit.

Purchases for your clients

If you would like a client to purchase directly using your Trade benefit, written approval from the Trade member is required before the order is placed. The Trade member must remain the primary project contact, and Clay Imports will continue to communicate Trade pricing, benefits, and account-related information through the Trade member.

Trade benefits are tied to the approved company account and its authorized members. Clients receiving an approved Trade benefit do not become Trade members or gain access to the Trade account as a result of the purchase.

Samples

Approved Trade members may receive special sample pricing or credits on eligible sample products. Sample benefits apply only to products designated as samples and are subject to the current Trade Program benefits at the time of purchase.

Shipping or other applicable charges may still apply.

Personal Projects

Clay Imports may offer approved Trade members special pricing for personal residence projects. Personal project benefits require approval and are subject to the terms provided at the time of approval.

Personal project discounts may not be combined with other promotions or Trade discounts unless otherwise stated.

Volume Discounts

Qualifying orders may receive additional volume-based savings. Eligibility is determined by the qualifying merchandise subtotal and the Trade pricing structure in effect when the order is placed.

Applicable volume discounts are automatically applied when available.

Tax-Exempt Purchases

Tax-exempt purchasing requires valid and current documentation. Approval for the Trade Program does not automatically establish tax-exempt status.

Clay Imports may request updated tax documentation when necessary.

Orders, Shipping & Returns

All purchases remain subject to Clay Imports' general Order Terms & Conditions, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy. Participation in the Trade Program does not replace or modify those policies unless a specific Trade benefit states otherwise.

Program Changes

We may occasionally update Trade pricing, benefits, eligibility requirements, or these terms as the program evolves. Current program details and terms will be available on our website.

Clay Imports reserves the right to suspend or discontinue Trade access in cases of misuse, inaccurate account information, or when an account no longer meets program eligibility requirements.
