WHAT IS "READY TO SHIP"?
"Ready to ship" means we have materials on hand and ready to go, so you won’t have to wait for any additional production time. These items are already made and waiting for you!
This is a great option if you’re looking to get your tiles quickly without the wait of a custom order.
While the selection of ready-to-ship items might not be as extensive as custom orders, you’ll still find a variety of styles, colors, and sizes to pick from.
HOW LONG DO "IN STOCK" TILES TAKE TO ARRIVE?
Our stock items are readily available to ship from Mexico.
Once you place an order, we estimate it to arrive in approx. 14 business days, depending on where you’re located.
WHEN DOES THE ESTIMATED TRANSIT TIME BEGIN?
The estimated delivery time begins on the day you place your order and can vary based on a few factors, like the day you order, how quickly we can inspect and process your items, the truck's departure schedule, border crossings, and when we hand things off to the carrier.
Once the shipping carrier has your materials, you can typically expect delivery in about 4-8 business days, depending on where you’re located. Don’t forget, the time it takes you to schedule the delivery also comes into play.
All in all, the whole process usually takes around 14 business days.

While we don’t offer expedited options, our international shipping from Mexico is designed to be efficient and competitive, without compromising the quality of the process.
