511 Porous Plus is a penetrating sealer designed for the protection of the most porous surfaces. Forms a transparent layer strong enough to combat moisture and stains while allowing vapor release. This sealant will cover 63 sq. ft up to 1000 sq. ft depending on the number of application layers and retain the most natural characteristics of tile coloration following application. Provides water, stain, and slip protection for interior and exterior tile and natural stone surfaces. Porous tile and porous stone surfaces treated become harder and less slippery. Resealing may be necessary depending on exposure and traffic. Please follow manufacturer instructions when using during installation.
