How To Visit The Clay Imports Smart Studio

By Clay Imports

It’s like walking into our website.

The Clay Imports Studio has been undergone quite some renovations in the last few years. Now, we’re taking it up a notch: The Smart Studio is here. Expect to not only see your favorite Clay Imports patterns in person but to have an autonomous experience customizing our tile designs.

Here is how it works:

Book a self-guided visit to stop by the Clay Imports Studio located at 12024 N Lamar Blvd, Austin, TX 78753.

An Autonomous & Self-Guided Experience

We encourage you to learn more about our handmade tiles by scanning QR codes and browsing our website during your visit. Products in all categories are labelled with scannable codes that take you directly to a full list of details about that tile, including pricing, availability and technical specifications.

Though you can certainly use your phone to browse product information online, the studio is also equipped with tablets and computers.

All devices in the studio feature buttons that quickly link you to the most frequently asked questions. We are also available to chat through live chat or video/phone call via our website at any point during your visit.

Need Samples?

Ordering samples from the studio can be done by simply scanning the code of the product that you want and then following the website for order sample instructions. You can also place full orders on the website while you’re here! Samples will be labelled, packaged and brought to you within 15 minutes.

Feel free to grab a drink from the fridge and hang out in the studio until the samples are ready or wait in your car, and we will bring them out to you.

Looking forward to your visit!
